Eggs 263: Crafting an impactful narrative for your organization with Guillaume Wiatr

Hey everybody and welcome back to Eggs! Today we have very special guest, Guillaume Wiatr. Guillaume is a business strategy consultant, leadership coach, writer, and artist who founded the consulting firm, MetaHelm.

A former big-firm strategy consultant, Guillaume has founded four ventures of his own and is a widely sought-after coach by senior executives of top-tier companies like Alaska Airlines, the Gates Foundation, and Google, as well as governmental agencies in France and the United States.

In his role at MetaHelm, Guillaume and his team guide CEOs, founders, and business owners to align teams and accelerate innovation adoption. One strategy he’s championed — so much so in fact, he’s literally written the book on it — is the importance of developing a strong strategic narrative that will not just align teams and clients, but will accelerate the adoption of your product or service ten fold, and allow your business to scale twice as quickly.

Here for a conversation about the difference between simple storytelling and crafting a narrative for our business, the big thing entrepreneurs miss when it comes to mobilizing their teams and clients, how to create impact in your company, and so much more. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our guest, Guillaume Wiatr
