Shaun is the winner of Fox's Master Chef season 7 hosted by Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi in addition to publishing his very own cookbook My Modern American Table. We had an awesome conversation about growing up back east, breaking into the underground rave/party scene as a DJ in Florida and later becoming the first DJ to play the Las Vegas strip in front of more than 100,000 people. We also talk about finding and fostering his love for cooking, his time on Master Chef and the where he's headed from here.
